Baptism
 - First child parent(s) are asked to participate in an informational session on the meaning 
    of this sacrament and the responsibilities of the parent(s).  Contact the parish office for
    the dates and times of the sessions.  
    Please contact the parish office 812-634-1875       to schedule a session. 
  - Please inform the parish office of who you would like to preside at the baptism.  The 
    pastor, the deacon or a vistiting priest/deacon. 
  - One of the godparents must be an active/participating Catholic.

Marriage
     
    - Couple should contact the parish office to check for availability of dates.
     - As soon as date is set for wedding, please set up an appointment with the pastor or deacon.
     -  In accordance with the guidelines of the Diocese of Evansville, couples must contacat a priest no less
         than six months prior to the date selected for marriage in order to have the necesary time to complete
         the program of marriage preparation.
     - Information needed for the office:
     -Date/time – Ceremony can start no later than 2:00 p.m.
     -Who will preside the pastor, deacon, visiting priest/deacon if it is a visiting priest he will need
       to call the office to verify the date/time.
     - Packet containing all information needed can be picked up at the parish office.

Anointing of the Sick
   - Contact the parish office if you know of someone who would like to receive this 
      sacrament.

Reconciliation 
        Will be posted in the bulletin.

First Holy Communion 
     - Is received in the second grade or may be received in  the third or fourth grade if 
        child and parents are not ready for the sacrament.  
     - Formation classes will be twice a week August through April. 
     - Parent Meeting November 15 - 6:30pm in the parish hall.
     - First Holy Communion will be held on May 6, 2012.

Confirmation 
 - Formation will start in November during their sophmore year and Confirmation Rite will
   be held the first Saturday in November their Junior year.  Formation may be started their
   Junior or Senior year in High School.  Formation is held outside of the Wednesday religious
   education classes. Next formation for Confirmation classes will begin in November of 2012. 
  Next cluster Confirmation rite will be held on November 2, 2013
