First Communion is usually received in the second grade.
If the student and parents are not ready for this commitment, the sacrament can also be in 3^rd or 4^th grade.

PARENT MEETING-students and parents
Sept. 29, 2008, Mon., 6:30pm till 7:15pm  Parish Hall
This is a mandatory meeting for one parent if child is planning on starting preparation for
the sacrament of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

FIRST RECONCILIATION—students and parents
Nov. 19, 2008, Wed., 6:30 p.m.-8:00pm @St. Celestine Church

COMMITMENT SUNDAY for First Communicants
Sunday, November 23, 2008
8:00 a.m. Mass @ St.  Celestine Church

RETREAT for students and parents (one must attend)
April 26, 2009
Students will attend 8:00a.m. Mass till 12:00
Meet under carport 7:45a.m. with Guardian Angels (9^th gr.)

PRACTICE for First Communion (with parents)
Will be held at the end of the retreat on April 26
